Windows+R to open Run windows.

Type Regedit, Click OK.

On Registry Editor
-
On HKEY _CLASSES _ROOT

Select .html
-
On right pane, Select (Default)
7. Right Click. Select Modify
8. Normally value data should be htmlfile (If it not. Change it to "htmlfile" then click OK)
9. Go back to Outlook and try open hyperlink.
10. Done.
